The role Reporting to the Director, Clinical Governance, you will provide highly organised administration, executive support services and project support to the Clinical Governance Unit, Office of the Chief Psychiatrist. You will provide comprehensive administration support such as document and record keeping, distributing and tracking correspondence and briefing materials. You will support Senior Officers in the delivery of clinical governance projects and activities to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes for the unit. Additionally, you will perform general administrative support functions across financial and human resource management functions.
The successful person
- You will have:
- Proven recent experience in providing exceptional, confidential and professional executive and administrative assistance to a highly mobile senior executive or senior executive group
- A resilient, energetic and motivated approach with a demonstrable high degree of initiative and reliability whilst working independently and with mínimal guidance and direction
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
