Dynamic Dining Experience Leader
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
* Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated staff members to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with the head chef to develop innovative menus and maintain high-quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
* Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, monitoring and maintaining quality control in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
* Take ownership of a guest complaint and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Develop relationships with all guests to build repeated clientele internally and externally.
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience of 3-5 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Candidates must have supervisory experience specifically in hotels and restaurants.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of food and beverage cost control and inventory management.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to continuous improvement.
