Your Role as a Care Manager (Division 1 / Grade 5) you'll be central to clinical care and team leadership, providing high‐quality, person‐centred support to residents and their loved ones. You'll thrive as a hands‐on leader in a collaborative and respectful culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual needs
* Oversee medication management and wound care
* Collaborate on care planning and clinical recommendations
* Drive continuous clinical improvement
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors
* Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and documentation
* Mentor staff in clinical education and competency
* Foster an inclusive, values‐driven team environment
What We're Looking For
* Registered Nurse – Division 1 with AHPRA Registration
* Strong clinical experience and leadership skills
* Passion for aged care and person‐centred support
* Excellent communication and professional presence
* Commitment to quality improvement and team development
Things that matter to us
* Minimum Two years' experience in a clinical leadership role
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
