Responsibilities
* Inspire and lead a passionate crew to serve up finger‐lickin' good experiences every day
* Oversee the daily sizzle – rosters, inventory, training, and performance
* Ensure each piece of chicken meets Original Recipe standards (safe, fresh, hot, and delicious)
* Keep the restaurant running like clockwork with a sharp eye on food safety, hygiene, and WHS
* Drive results – boost sales, manage costs, and make smart decisions
* Create a crew who cares – build a culture that's inclusive, fun, and high on team spirit
Qualifications
* Customer‐first mindset with proven experience handling feedback and turning tough moments into great ones
* Strong communicator – clear, confident, and effective across both written and verbal channels
* Tech‐savvy operator with solid computer skills to manage systems, reporting, and day‐to‐day operations
* Leadership legend – experienced in hiring, training, performance management, and leading teams through challenges
* Business‐smart – confident with P&Ls, payroll, and store admin to drive results and keep things running smooth
