This role is for a female to support women with high personal and physical care needs both at home and at work.
The care may include gastrostomy care, bowel care and dementia supports.
The role is community based in Queens Park (home) and Fremantle (work).
We are looking for people who are committed to working as a team, have willingness to be flexible with work times, If you are reliable, caring, with a can-do attitude, wanting to learn and develop different skills we would love to meet you .
There's no 'typical day' but it may include:
- Domestic and household assistance
- Personal care including dressing, showering, and personal hygiene
- Clinical care - e.g. Catheter Care, Dysphagia Management and Gastronomy Feeding (training provided)
- Administration of medication
- Complex manual tasks such as hoisting (training provided)
- Social support including assistance with community access and attending appointment
- Regular communication with local team and participation in team meetings
We're looking for:
- Previous support work experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated communication skills and a can-do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualized support
- Availability to attendpaidmandatory training during the week
- NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one

What we need from you:
- A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one (the successful candidate can obtain through Avivo)
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (essential)
- Making an appointment to this position is subject to a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
