Requirements:
* consistent availability - Friday and Saturday essential,
* a minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced hospitality environment,
* ability to handle multiple plates and perform confident tray service,
* excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindset,
* a valid RSA certificate, and immediate start availability,
* for those who is interested in the bartender role: you must require a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Previous front-of-house experience is a plus.
