Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance services for all buildings, plant, equipment, and services.

* Maintain good housekeeping and upkeep of buildings and equipment under direct supervision.
* Transport residents to medical appointments and outings as required.
* Perform other duties as directed by management.
