Permanent full-time opportunity for experienced Facility Manager to join our trusted aged care client in the Oberon area.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and passionate Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of aged care homes. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is operationally strong, people-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the overall operational, financial and clinical management of the aged care facility
* Lead and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative and regulatory requirements
* Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the facility, including care outcomes, staff engagement and resident satisfaction
* Manage staffing, budgeting, occupancy and resource allocation to meet business and care objectives
* Liaise with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure open communication and a resident-centred approach
* Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Required
* Proven experience in Facility Management or similar senior leadership role within aged care
* Relevant qualifications - Bachelor of Nursing
* Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage financials, staff rosters, and compliance requirements
* Current Police Check, NDIS clearance, Flu and COVID vaccinations
