Salary: $31.48 - $31.81 per hour + 25% casual loading + Regional Allowance
Direct Care Worker (Stepdown Unit)
Make a Meaningful Difference by providing hands‐on support and compassionate care to residents in a residential care setting. The role involves assisting in delivering direct client services, working closely with health professionals and under the guidance of the Aboriginal Liaison Officer.
Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering direct client services to residents.
* Support residents' well‐being and help ensure quality care within the Residential Care Home.
Qualifications
* Experience exercising judgment and initiative in day‐to‐day tasks.
* Experience using computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
