Global Director of Workplace Operations

* Space optimisation: Analyse space usage data and implement strategies to maximise efficiency and create inspiring work environments.
* Financial management: Develop and monitor operational budgets for workplace operations.

* Compliance: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* 10+ years of tech industry experience in workplace operations, facilities management, and leadership roles.
* 7+ years experience in staff management and developing high performing teams.
* Proven success mentoring & managing global teams and overseeing large-scale operations.
* A high level of commercial acumen, including budgeting and financial management.
* Direct experience in tendering contracts, contract negotiation, and contract management.
* Experience in managing multiple, large scale office fit outs and relocations.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency - excelling at anticipating and responding to change.
* Proven ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to execution.
* An efficient and systems-oriented mindset with the ability to develop holistic solutions.
