About the role
The Primary & Community Health Manager is responsible for leadership, as well as managing the delivery of a range of comprehensive high quality multi-disciplinary Primary & Community Health Services, whilst meeting the health needs of the community in alignment with identified strategic directions, and principles of Primary Care.
The role manages a diverse community-based multidisciplinary team of Nurses and Allied Health Staff and is based at Molong Health One.
You will work closely with the Molong Multi Purpose Health Service team and the Molong General practice team.
