Roles We Commonly Recruit For: We work across a broad range of sectors and services, including: Child Protection Child, Youth and Family Services Domestic and Family Violence Housing and Homelessness Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Humanitarian Support Disability Support Casual Labour Hire Above award pay rates Choose when and where you work No guaranteed minimum hours, but many casual staff are working full-time equivalent hours Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle Ongoing support from our rostering and recruitment team Permanent Fixed-Term Opportunities Our permanent and contract candidates receive end-to-end support throughout the recruitment process: Resume advice interview prep Role matching based on your preferences Dedicated consultant support from application to onboarding Post-placement check-ins and ongoing communication General Requirements To be considered for opportunities, you must have: A Bachelor Degree in a Human Services related field is generally required for permanent and fixed term contract opportunities A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a Human Services related field is generally required for locum contracts, through on occasions a Certificate IV may be considered A minimum of a completed Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth Work or similar is required for casual Labour Hire A current Australian Driver's Licence A valid Working with Children Check (or eligibility to obtain one) A valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship Diversity Inclusion ProCare Australia celebrates and values diversity.
