Job Title: Rehabilitation and Return to Work Specialist
The position of Rehabilitation and Return to Work Specialist is a key role in assisting individuals with their recovery and return to work following injury or illness.
* Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
* Conduct a range of assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
* Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge;
* Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About the Role:
This role involves working closely with clients to identify their rehabilitation needs and develop effective plans to achieve successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles.
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
* Minimum 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
