Our team is committed to continuous improvement of policies and processes and to the professional development of team members.About UsWe are seeking an agile and enthusiastic individual capable of managing the planning and delivery of maintenance and related programs across schools in the state.About The RoleAs the Infrastructure Services Officer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing maintenance programs to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program progress.Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to improve infrastructure programs.Developing partnerships with internal and external clients and service providers, including QBuild, the Department of Energy and Public Works, and major maintenance service providers.Providing high-level support and advice on maintenance program management.Contributing to a positive team culture emphasizing learning, innovation, and inclusiveness.Preparing Ministerial, Parliamentary, and corporate correspondence and reports on maintenance program progress.About YouYou are a team player capable of leading activities and supporting others to achieve goals.You are conscientious, detail-oriented, driven for continuous efficiency improvements, and committed to meeting deadlines and customer service standards.You are motivated, knowledgeable about contemporary infrastructure and asset management principles, and possess confident communication skills to provide professional advice to diverse audiences.Interested?
