About the opportunity
The officer will be responsible for operating a grader for the construction and maintenance of both sealed and unsealed roads in and around Murrayville and Ouyen.

* Operate a grader for construction and maintenance of sealed and unsealed roads in and around Murrayville and Ouyen.
Qualifications
* Current Heavy Rigid Licence.
* Well‐developed experience in road construction and maintenance techniques.
* Certificates of competency or licences to operate other plant.
* Extensive experience in the operation of road construction and maintenance equipment.
* Experience in supervising a work team.
* All applicants must have the right to work in Australia and will need to provide a Police Check prior to commencing employment.
* Applicants may be required to hold a Working with Children Check and undergo a pre‐employment medical check as per the role requirements.
Salary and conditions
The position is classified as a Band 4 Level C of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement, $78,202.17 per annum including industry and maintenance allowances, plus statutory superannuation.
