Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Serve customers with a positive attitude
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Package and present baked goods for display and takeaway
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front of house and service areas
- Restocking of products, fridges and displays throughout the day
- Assist with Opening and closing procedures
- Support the team and ensure smooth daily operations
What We're looking for
- Previous retail experience (bakery or cafe experience is a plus)
- Must be an Australian citizen with appropriate work rights
- Minimum 1+ years of retail or customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Well-groomed and professional presentation
- Punctual, reliable and strong team player
- Flexible availability (position includes weekend work) must be able to work between the hours of 5am-6pm
