* ">Analyse Audience Needs: Analyse audience needs, triggers, pain points within the onboarding experience and build journeys, experiences and strategies to address these.
* ">Cross-Channel Campaigns: Execute cross-channel campaigns, leveraging paid, owned and earned media to maximise engagement and retention.
* ">Manage Budgets and Risk: Manage budgets, reporting, risk and post-initiative reviews, continuously optimising marketing efforts to drive business growth and positive member outcomes.
