We're now looking for a talented 
Commis Chef 
to join our kitchen on a 
Part-Time basis 
as we grow. This is your opportunity to develop your skills in a venue that combines 
restaurant service, premium event catering, and estate-wide experiences 
— all set within one of the Hunter's most stunning destinations.

— from vineyard long lunches to seasonal pop-ups

on the cards, including breakfast, supper and expanded opening days 
What You'll Be Doing 
Contributing to 
mise en place, prep, and service 
Ensure kitchen maintenance and food safety standards are met and upheld 
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards 
Working closely with an 
experienced Head Chef and an award-winning team 
Cooking across multiple formats — from trattoria dining to large-scale events 
Helping evolve menus that celebrate 
seasonality, produce, and flavour 
Being part of a 
calm, collaborative kitchen culture 
that values creativity and growth 
Who We're Looking For 
A motivated 
Commis Chef 
with a passion for food and hospitality 
Solid cooking fundamentals and a drive to grow in your career 
An interest in 
Mediterranean cuisine and produce-led cooking 
A positive team player who thrives in a 
fast-paced, supportive environment 
Flexibility to work weekends and event service 
Candidates with formal apprenticeship enrolment or equivalent experience are welcome to apply 
Must be available to work Friday - Sunday, every week 
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
