It operates a 20-bed low dependency ward 24/7, with standard hours from 07:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday.Serco is a place for youYou will be responsible for clerical services, including maintaining health records, managing databases, filing, photocopying, and ordering stationery. Communication with internal and external customers to obtain patient information is also part of your role, adhering to Defence Policies and Confidentiality standards.To be successful in this role, you’ll have:The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.A minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an administrative role (or part-time equivalent).Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.Please note: You must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance.
