Senior Test Analyst | Large Transformation Program Based in Brisbane | Hybrid – Office / WFH | CRM / Integration Market Rates | Long term contract extensions Join a high-impact delivery program supporting a multi-stream transformation spanning CRM implementation, integrations, and data migration. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Test Manager, implementation partner, and business SMEs to drive quality outcomes across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and selected non-functional testing. You’ll be hands-on designing and executing tests, validating end-to-end processes and data flows, and managing defects through to resolution—helping ensure releases are production-ready and aligned to agreed entry/exit criteria. Required Skills Strong experience delivering SIT and UAT in complex project environments Demonstrated capability designing, preparing, and executing test cases (including traceability to requirements) Solid understanding of integration testing (interfaces, APIs/integration points, data flows, end-to-end business processes) Proven defect management experience (logging, triage support, retesting, reporting, stakeholder follow-up) Experience working with business stakeholders/SMEs to coordinate and support UAT execution Clear written communication skills for test reporting (progress, defect trends, completion documentation) Ability to work to schedules and quality gates (entry/exit criteria), with strong organisation and prioritisation Nice to Have Skills Exposure to non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security, reliability) or technical test support Experience reviewing partner-delivered unit/system test outputs to assess readiness and identify gaps Familiarity with test data preparation and environment coordination in enterprise programs Ability to step into Test Manager cover during periods of leave (as required) Preferred Education and Experience Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) Typically 5 years in testing roles, with recent delivery on enterprise programs (CRM/integration-heavy preferred) Like to know more?
