* Already has strong networks in the legal industry, particularly within law firms
* Understands how law firms operate and what lawyers value in career progression
* Loves speaking with people, building trust, and helping them achieve their career goals
* Is self-motivated, quick to learn, and thrives in an autonomous environment
* Has a proven track record of successful placements (even better if you can share financial results)

$300K placements = $150K REM
$400K placements = $210K REM
$500K placements = $290K REM
