As Senior Lecturer and Principal Specialty Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of high-quality clinical education in the Critical Care discipline within the Northside Clinical Unit and across the North Learning Community. This is a pivotal role where you will drive innovation in medical education by integrating learning across all four years of the MD program, while collaborating with leading experts in the Mayne Academy and Academy for Medical Education. You will engage with hospital and community care clinicians to strengthen specialty-specific partnerships and provide visible leadership in clinical environments, ensuring an exceptional student experience. In addition, you will mentor and supervise Specialty Supervisors and Educational Registrars to build capability and excellence. We are seeking an academic leader with a proven track record in Critical Care, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to shaping the next generation of medical professionals.
