Band 3 Salary from $33.29 - $35.38 per hour plus 25% casual loading and superannuation.
Note that junior rates may apply*.
This position requires a positive, energetic, vibrant attitude and a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
You will have experience in coaching children's gymnastics classes; either beginner or advanced levels. You will communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and management.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations, with the ability to work autonomously on the gym floor, as well as part of a team to ensure an efficient flow through the gymnastics hall each night.
You will be required to take on shift hours which may include some or all of the following: mornings, afternoons, late evenings and/or weekends.
Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience to work as part of a team.
* Demonstrated experience instructing a class of participants.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills in particular interactions with children.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
* Current Level two First Aid certificate.
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Minimum Current Intermediate GA or Advanced Coaching Qualification if teaching saultos.
* Current National Police Check.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
