We're on the lookout for passionate Youth Workers to support vulnerable young people who need someone to walk alongside them through life's challenges.
This permanent, full-time role is based in a 24-hour care residential setting, where you'll work directly with young people to help them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.
You'll work an average of 5 x 24-hour shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster, giving you meaningful time off while still making a deep impact.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or equivalent), a current Blue Card, a full Australian Driver's Licence, and full working rights in Australia. You'll also need a strong ability to build trust with diverse young people, flexibility to work non-traditional hours, emotional strength and resilience in high-pressure environments, and a genuine passion for mentoring and teaching life skills.
