The Roles:
Project Manager
Lead modular construction projects from planning to delivery
Coordinate design, procurement, scheduling, subcontractors, and client communication
Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Operations Manager
Oversee the daily operations of the business
Drive process improvements, resource planning, and operational alignment across teams
Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cost control
Production Manager
Lead factory operations for modular unit fabrication
Manage workflow, staffing, quality control, and performance
Ensure production targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
What Your Profile Will Bring
Experience in the modular/prefabricated building, commercial construction, or manufacturing sector
Proven track record in one (or more) of the roles above
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Commercial mindset, process-driven thinking, and hands-on approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
