Job Description
Produce high-quality stone fired pizza in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing food, assisting with menu creation and working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience and passion for producing high-quality stone fired pizzas.
* Ability to produce and stretch dough and cook pizzas using a high-grade stone fired oven.
* High-volume pizza making experience.
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong eye for detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and directions.
* Excellent presentation and personal hygiene.
* Thorough knowledge of Food Safety regulations.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
