Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to join our dynamic team in a reputable hotel. As Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day-to-day operation of the gaming room.
Main Responsibilities:
* Driving exceptional customer service in the gaming rooms
* Monitoring gaming operations to ensure all gaming policies are adhered to by team members and guests alike
About You:
* Demonstrated ability to implement and champion the venue's Responsible Gambling Code
* Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties
* Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
* Ability to detect problem gamblers and implement company procedures accordingly
* Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent, high-level guest experience
