In this key leadership position, you will lead Tradies Success Academy end-to-end, building a high-performing team and a strong operating rhythm while driving sustainable growth through sharp product marketing, a disciplined lead generation engine, and commercially sound decision-making that helps more trade business owners join the Academy and get real results.
About the opportunity
We're currently on an exciting brand expansion and strengthening journey. We have a new opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead Tradies Success Academy end-to-end, with a strong product marketing and commercial growth background.
This position reports into the Director/Founder of the company and will influence the overall direction and performance of the Academy, including growth, operations, delivery, people and culture.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping people, has deep capability in building and optimising a marketing and sales engine, and can lead a team with clarity and care. You are commercially savvy, comfortable making tough prioritisation calls, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves and get into execution, not just strategy.
This is an in-office role, five days per week in Byron Bay, to support the team, build culture, and create the cadence needed for growth.

* High competence in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to create clarity and momentum across teams.
