Role Overview
Campbell Town Health & Community Service is looking to engage a relief Diversional Services Coordinator to run the Adult Day Centre. The Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating quality individual and group client programs at the centre and in the community.
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement and evaluate quality individual and group client programs.
* Support the THS CARE values in a small friendly supportive environment.
* Contribute to opportunities for progression for carers and community staff.
Qualifications
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Relevant experience in diversional services and case management.
Salary
Salary range: $73,811 to $79,779 pro rata per annum. 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
