Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Assistant located in Gold Coast / Northern Rivers. The Broker Assistant will provide administrative support, assist with finance needs, and offer excellent customer service. Key tasks include handling communication with clients, supporting brokerage activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
Knowledge of Brokerage activities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus
Remuneration
This role has a commensurate Base Salary with Incentives/Bonus schemes in place to increase earning potential based on business performance. There is consideration of Work From Home (WFH) for experienced and trusted applicants; initially an office-based role is expected to be filled.
