Regional Inclusion Program Leader
Leads a team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program in alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines.
Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of Additional Assistants across regional kindergartens.
Builds and maintains strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education.
Ensures compliance, monitors program outcomes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Provides operational leadership, support to the team, and contributes to strategic planning for the program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads and manages the KIS team to ensure effective service delivery
2. Recruits, places, and supports Additional Assistants across regional kindergartens
3. Develops and maintains strong relationships with services, stakeholders, and the Department of Education
4. Monitors program outcomes, compliance, and reporting requirements
5. Supports continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
6. Conducts team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or related fields
* Experience in program management, team leadership, and workforce coordination
* Knowledge of inclusive practices and early childhood education environments
* Familiarity with Department of Education guidelines and regional workforce dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Commitment to values-driven, child-focused service delivery
* Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver Licence
