The Corporate Services Coordinator
The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace experience. Responsible for the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the office, this role oversees facilities and security processes, coordinates visitors, contractors, and suppliers, and actively supports a positive and inclusive internal culture.
We are 100% flexible with working hours – design your shifts to suit your family life, whether that's fewer longer days or shorter hours across the week. This is a permanent part‐time position.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee facilities management and workplace safety, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, contractor coordination, and HSE compliance (site inspections, training matrices, and documentation) to ensure a safe, compliant, and well‐run office environment.
* Continuously improve workplace operations and processes by embedding digital tools, automation, and hybrid‐friendly workflows that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
* Manage visitors, contractors, and suppliers, acting as the primary onsite contact, coordinating access and schedules, maintaining safety standards, and managing supplier performance and service agreements.
* Provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders and employees, including day‐to‐day office support, travel arrangements, expenses, procurement of office supplies, and tech accessories.
* Foster employee culture, engagement, and communication, supporting in‐person and hybrid events, contributing to internal communications, and maintaining an inclusive, welcoming workplace for onsite and remote employees.
* Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and workspace setups, including IT and access arrangements, ergonomic setups, inductions, HSE paperwork, and pack‐down and return of equipment for exiting employees.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Strong digital capability, including proficiency with Microsoft 365, rapid adoption of new workplace technologies, and effective use of digital tools and AI assistants to streamline work.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across in‐person, hybrid, and virtual environments.
* High levels of professionalism, discretion, and security awareness, particularly when managing digital records, systems, and workplace access.
* Exceptional attention to detail across documentation, digital workflows, supplier management, and day‐to‐day office operations.
* Employee‐experience focused mindset, delivering responsive, high‐quality workplace support that meets the needs of diverse and hybrid teams.
* Demonstrated experience in office or workplace operations, including managing suppliers and contractors within a hybrid or tech‐enabled environment using digital tracking tools.
