Job Description
* Provide first-line technical support to all staff, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network.
* Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
* Troubleshoot system errors and issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
* Implement and manage system backups and data recovery.
* Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with industry standards and practices.
* Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
* Participate in various IT projects, contributing technical knowledge and expertise.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Desktop Administrator/System Administrator Should Have
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
* Proficiency in system administration and Desktop support.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Full working rights in Australia
