About You:
* You are a finance law specialist with experience in general finance, securitisation, equity, derivatives, structured finance or debt capital markets
* You have the ability to apply specialist legal knowledge and interpersonal skills to work with an internal team and clients on a wide range of complex finance transactions
* You have the ability to review and negotiate legal documentation for complex structured financial transactions
* You have the ability to identify key legal and transactional issues and have the ability to discuss and find resolutions with internal team and clients
* You have the ability to confidently and effectively negotiate with counterparts
* You have the ability to liaise with parties to manage matter completion and post-closing work
* You have recently worked in a private practice environment
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
* You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
* You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
