About the Role
In this busy, target-oriented environment, you'll play a key role in the sales process, offering tailored Finance and Insurance (F&I) solutions to our customers. Working collaboratively with the sales team, your focus will be on delivering outstanding service and ensuring compliance with all policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Present and sell the full range of finance and insurance products to vehicle purchase customers.
* Ensure all compliance and internal processes are adhered to with meticulous attention to detail.
* Partner with Vehicle Sales Consultants and Managers to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
* Provide excellent customer service, offering accurate and transparent information.
* Actively contribute to the day-to-day activity of the sales team and support their goals.
* Work both independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
