Safety Manager Civil Project Mine Location
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Manager to lead our civil project mine location. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
* This person will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team members and clients by developing and implementing effective safety strategies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the key point of contact for client interaction, ensuring satisfaction by delivering exceptional safety adherence and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing teams, developing safety protocols, and leading incident investigations.
* Inspiring a team of 5 safety professionals to maintain seamless support and site coverage.

* Overseeing, measuring, reviewing and improving proactive safety programs for a crew of 80.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in health, safety, and training initiatives, and will be able to lead and manage HST services effectively.
