Leadership Opportunity
This is a key leadership role that oversees the day-to-day management of our early learning centre. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
* Supports the director in managing daily centre operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaises with staff, families, and external agencies to build relationships and improve outcomes for children.
* Develops and implements policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans to enhance service delivery.
