**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders via telephone, in-person, online and in writing. As well as provide general administrative & office support to the Administration Manager & team.
Reporting directly to the** Administration Manager **some of your responsibilities will include:
- General office/ administration duties, i.e; following up on quotes and tenders, data entry, records management and printing
- Support finance activities such as purchase requisitions, processing timesheets and invoices
- Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Google)
- Utilising internal computer systems
**About You**:
- A strong customer service background, excellent computer and administration skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Xero & SimPRO is a plus but not essential
- Social Media experience is a plus i.e; Facebook, Instagram & Google
- Strong organisational skills & work ethic, ability to work independently & as a team
