As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
This includes providing respite, personal care, domestic assistance, and carer support in accordance with client care plans and professional direction.
You will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide responsive and flexible services to consumers and carers.
Your strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing situations will be essential in this role.
To thrive in this position, you will possess excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will need to have or be obtaining relevant qualifications, including a Certificate III in Home Care or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support.
You will also need National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance, a First Aid Certificate with CPR, and a valid Driver Licence.
