About the Role
">Maintenance Supervisor - As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day general maintenance and facilities tasks are completed efficiently. You will work closely with the Facilities team and contractors to ensure all areas of the village are well-maintained and presented to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, connecting with people and being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out and ensure all planned preventative maintenance checks are completed as per schedules.
* Identify and respond to maintenance requests as requested (e.g painting, patching or general troubleshooting).
* Work with the Facilities team and contractors to ensure external works are attended to and completed to a high standard.
* Conduct regular inspections around the village to rectify any maintenance defects and issues.
* Complete maintenance administration items, including responding to emails, raising work orders and updating records.
">Requirements:
">Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in maintenance, repair, facilities or construction fields.
* A proactive, outgoing & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day.
* Valid driver's licence and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required).
* Current Police Check certificate (if you do not have one, we can complete for you).
