Branch Manager – Frankston
Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget Group, with 16 offices across Melbourne's outer suburbs and regional Victoria. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Frankston branch and drive sales growth.
What you'll do:
* Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding customer service while maximising sales opportunities.
* Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staffing, fleet, and administration.
* Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and optimise efficiency.
* Work hands-on with the team, assisting with rentals, returns, fleet management, and even cleaning a car when needed.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Car rental or related industry experience highly regarded.
