We are looking for a motivated and systems-savvy individual to lead a small team in People Operations Delivery that drives data, process, and systems improvements across P&C.

As the leader of our P&C Data, Performance and Systems Optimisation team, you will be the crucial link between People and Culture and our Technology division. This is a hands-on role where you will guide a dedicated team and be deeply involved in shaping our systems landscape.
What you'll be doing
* Process Optimisation - Mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state solutions.
* System Enhancements - Building clear and concise requirements for system builds and improvements.
* Problem Solving - Investigating system errors, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective fixes.
* Future Roadmap - Owning the strategic roadmap for our new HRIS, PeopleHub, driving enhancements and continuous improvement post-launch.
Who we're looking for
We are searching for a natural problem-solver and a brilliant communicator who can act as a "translator" between functional P&C needs and technical possibilities.
You might be the perfect fit if you have:
* A solid understanding of IT, Project and Risk controls with a keen interest and some familiarity with People & Culture systems.
OR
* A background in HR/P&C Systems with a solid understanding of technology and IT frameworks.
Most importantly, you are ambitious and ready to grow. You do not need to have previous people leadership experience. We are committed to supporting you as you step up and develop your leadership capabilities in this role.

This role can be based in our Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn, stay connected and collaborate effectively, especially for key activities like team days, 1:1s, and town halls.
