Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of direct reports across multiple locations, ensuring their efforts align with business objectives.
* Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
* Act as a thought leader in the catalogue and data space, driving innovation and best practices.
* Work with vendors to onboard into preferred systems, implementing metrics to measure performance and improve data quality.
Requirements
* Previous experience in digital catalogue management, preferably in a fast-paced consumer or trade business.
* Strong project management skills, with experience managing geographically diverse teams.
* Understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures, with knowledge of user experience in part/product selection.
* Supplier Management and data analysis skills are desirable.
