Joining a small and friendly team you will be responsible for the end to end accurate and timely payroll for the business.Client DetailsOur client, based in Prospect, South Australia are a highly respected distributor within the manufacturing sector with over 30 years in the industry.DescriptionReporting to the Payroll Manager, as Payroll Officer you will be responsible for complete end to end payroll services, payroll tax, superannuation and entitlement payments. Duties will include but are not limited to: Fortnightly payroll - 500 staff - multiple entitiesFirst point of contact for all Payroll related enquiriesEstablish pay rates, allowances and deductionsCreation of employee records in payrollManage accurate and timely importation of time and attendance records and other external payroll data inputProcess, checking and closure of the payrollLiaising with stakeholdersYear end processPrepare and manage spreadsheets and payroll tax spreadsheetDeductions payable on a monthly basisData entry and administration as requiredRun timely and accurate month end payroll reporting processesEnsure necessary data is provided to support timely and accurate payment to various bodies (ATO, Payroll Tax, Workcover, Superannuation, etc.)ProfileTo be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:Minimum 4 plus years in a Payroll Officer / Specialist positionSolid experience with Payroll systems and willingness to learn new systemsPrevious experience working across multiple entitiesExcellent communication skillsAvailable to work 5 days in office 8am - 4pm Monday to FridayJob OfferIf this looks to be your next career move, please APPLY NOW.Alternatively please send your most recent CV and cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
