Our Member Services Officer Role
This pivotal position plays a central role in our business, delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential services like reception, sales, child minding, and merchandising to our members and visitors. Your primary responsibility is to deliver first-class customer service aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
* Apply sound cash handling principles and use Point of Sale systems efficiently
* Promote centre services and programs to customers, accept bookings and enrolments, and prospect for future sales opportunities
* Meet team goals and targets set by Assistant Club Manager and Club Manager
* Childminding: Provide quality care and supervision for children while parents/guardians utilise facilities
Essential Requirements
Current First Aid, CPR certification, and Working With Children Check (NSW) are mandatory; flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends, Public Holidays, and school holidays is also required. Previous experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or retail environments is advantageous but not necessary.
