We're looking for individuals who want to help people succeed in their fitness goals. As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
* You'll be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
* Your primary goal will be to achieve membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to the club's sales budget utilising promotions and referrals campaigns.
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
* Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
* Open and close the club as per the roster.
* Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
* Makes regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
About You
* You should hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
* Solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
* Have outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
* Display tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
* Are customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
