Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment in alignment with national education standards.
Monitor academic performance, analyse results, and implement improvement strategies.
Manage departmental resources, timetabling, and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with education policies, examination regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Promote a positive, disciplined, and achievement-oriented learning environment.
Engage with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders regarding senior school matters.
