Marketing Coordinator Lead
Looking for a Marketing Coordinator that can coordinate the marketing workload in the team.

This role is 100 percent onsite.
Your new role
You will support the National Marketing Manager by leading the coordination and delivery of marketing projects. This is not a people management role, but you will guide an experienced team, allocate work, monitor progress, and provide support in the manager's absence.
You will handle daily project flow, oversee content and collateral development, coordinate events, and maintain quality across outputs. You will also contribute hands‑on creative and written work when required.
Key focus areas include:
Coordinating project plans, workloads, and deadlines.
Assigning tasks and following up to ensure completion.
Supporting team members with guidance, problem solving, and quality checks.
Producing and reviewing marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
Coordinating events, tradeshows, and related logistics.
Preparing written content, including case studies, articles, and product material.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, engineering, and HR.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong background in marketing coordination or similar roles.
Demonstrated maturity and confidence when guiding others.
High skill level across Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills and consistent delivery under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain clear priorities.
Clear communication skills and the confidence to support team members.
High level of independence and reliability.
Ability to learn technical product information and turn it into clear marketing content.
