Job Description:
As a casual retail assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in our store.
* Greeting customers and assisting with sales
* Operating the point-of-sale system and maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining shop appearance and ensuring displays are well-stocked and tidy
* Assisting with inventory management and fulfilling customer orders
Additionally, you will be required to conduct basic water testing and advise customers on suitable pool chemicals and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn about pool maintenance and water chemistry, and physical fitness to lift and move stock as required.
