We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the White & Co's Ecommerce team as their **Marketing /**Ecommerce Specialist**. Reporting into the** **Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Manager**, you will be** **responsible for the management and maintenance of our ecommerce website.
White & Co. is a fast-moving, women's fashion retailer. Our small and dedicated team is a close-knit group who are excited by new opportunities and enjoy working collaboratively together to grow the business.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Creating products, writing descriptions, size guides and uploading imagery.
- Managing all website merchandising ensuring a fresh representation of product, balancing new arrivals, best seller, key product focuses and using data insights to merchandise for sell-through.
- Manage and report on all onsite promotions.
- Being a proactive team member liaising with buying and warehouse departments to ensure product is available when it's planned to go live.
- Updating front end assets such as website themes, collection pages, and online promotional offers.
- Keeping up to date with best industry practices for online customer experience and journey to inform the team on insights and ideas for improvements.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting with key ecommerce insights, while understanding the numbers day in and day out - always looking for opportunities to optimise.
- Collaborate and take on tasks associated with any major website projects _from_ an ecommerce perspective such as website redevelopment, app integrations, customer loyalty program.
- Coordinate all product catalogue enhancements keeping ecommerce and SEO best practice in mind and further enhancing with product imagery, size guides, meta descriptions, tags etc.
- Where required brief, build and optimise landings pages in line with the marketing calendar.
- Conducting analysis on online returns and search & filter optimisations.
- Drive ecommerce performance to reach business KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, AOV & more.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce space
- Experience working with Shopify
- Copy writing experience
- An understanding of SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Drip or Klaviyo
- Clear and positive communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to _work_ autonomously as well as collaboratively
